For cooling, heating and mixing in circular motions.
Applications: temperature control/mixing of samples, synthesis of cDNA, enzyme-catalysed joining RNA or DNA (ligation), lysis reactions and structural changes to DNA, RNA and proteins (denaturation).
Features:
- TFT display with convenient menu structure
- Snap-lock mechanism for changing attachments and automatic attachment detection
- For mixing liquids at up to 3000 rpm and with a 3 mm shaking stroke (depending on the attachment used)
- It has two different speed modes for controlling temperature according to the sample
- Automatically performs mixing and heating tasks with five programmable ramps with five increments each consisting of temperature speed and time
- Die-cast aluminium housing ensures stability
- USB and RS 232 interfaces
- Shaking frequency can be adjusted in 10° increments
