The bScope® microscope for fluorescence is equipped with four monochromatic FluoLEDs

Wide-angle HWF 10x/22 mm secured eyepieces with 22 mm field of view (Ø 30 mm tube)

HEAD

• The bScope® is equipped with a Siedentopf type 360° rotating head with 30° inclined tube and a ± 5 diopter adjustment on the left eyepiece. Adjustable eye relief between 48 and 76 mm
• The trinocular head has a Ø 23.2 mm photo tube. The internal prisms have minimal light absorption for perfect image display. The trinocular head has a light path selector (100:0 / 0:100) and produces an upright image

REVOLVER
Inverted ball-bearing revolver for up to five objectives

OBJECTIVES
Thanks to today's modern manufacturing techniques and multi-layered anti-reflection coatings used in the production of the bScope lenses, the bScope can be used for demanding applications. First-class aberration correction techniques and modern CNC and assembly technology ensure perfect alignment of the different lenses of the objectives

• Plan infinity-corrected PLi 4x/0.10 - 10x/0.25 - 20x/0.40 - S40x/0.65 - S60x/0.85 and S100x/1.25 oil immersion IOS objectives for applications where violet or ultraviolet excitation is not required
• Plan Fluarex infinity-corrected PLFi 4x/0.10 - 10x/0.25 - 20x/0.40 - S40x/0.65 and S100x/0.90 IOS lenses for applications requiring either higher resolving power or violet whether ultraviolet excitation is needed

All S40x, S60x and S100x oil immersion objectives are spring loaded.
All lenses are treated against fungus and have an anti-reflection coating for maximum light output

FOCUS CONTROL
Double coaxial low-positioned coarse and fine adjustment knobs with 180 divisions. Accuracy 1.1 µm, 200 µm per rotation, total range of approximately 19 mm. Supplied with adjustable specimen protection to prevent damage to the objectives and the specimen and anti-skid control on the coarse adjustment

TABLE
The bScope® is equipped with a scratch-resistant 152/197 x 131 mm table and a "rackless" integrated 75 x 36 mm XY cross stage, Vernier and a removable object holder

The "rackless" cross stage has no protruding parts. This promotes safer working and smoother movements. Low-positioned XY adjustment knobs significantly reduce operator fatigue during long microscopy sessions. The bScope is also available with a heated table - the temperature of which can be set up to 50° Celsius - and a PID temperature controller. Only available together with new microscopes. Higher temperatures can be set on special request

Bright-field CONDENSER
Height-adjustable NA 1.25 Abbe bright-field condenser with filter holder and iris diaphragm

CONDENSER FOR ZERNIKE PHASE CONTRAST
The height-adjustable phase contrast 1.25 NA Zernike disk condenser is equipped with phase contrast rings for 10/20/S40x and S100x phase contrast lenses, an iris diaphragm, a rotatable filter holder and also a BF position for bright field contrast. Phase contrast lenses in either EPL-PHi or PL-PHi phase contrast version. Supplied with an alignment telescope and green filter

CONDENSER FOR SIMPLE PHASE CONTRAST
The height-adjustable 1.25 NA simple phase contrast condenser has a free slot for either a slide for 10/S40x phase contrast lenses, or a slide for 20/S100x phase contrast lenses. The condenser has an iris diaphragm and a filter holder. The condenser also has a BF position for bright field contrast with an iris diaphragm and filter holder. Phase contrast lenses in either EPL-PHi or PL-PHi version. Supplied with an alignment telescope and green filter

POLARIZATION DEVICE
The bScope® has a slot above the turret for an optional polarization filter

FLUORESCENCE DEVICE

UV safety screen

All fluorescent accessories are equipped with dichroic mirrors and standard fluorescent filters for blue, green, violet and ultra-violet excitation

KÖHLERLIGHTING
Köhlerlighting supplies for all infinity -corrected IOS models have the highest possible contrast and maximum achievable resolution. The lighting provides uniform illumination of the specimen and eliminates all interference from stop on lenses and flare from the side by the light source

WIRELESS USE
The optionally available rechargeable batteries turn the bScope® into a wireless system for transmitted light

CSS – CABLE STORAGE SYSTEM
This allows the user to easily tuck excess cable length into the back of the instrument during use or completely conceal it during storage
