iScope - A masterpiece in microscopy
The iScope is available in various configurations suitable for life sciences and biomedical sciences, colleges, universities but also for applications in medical sciences
In addition to bright field contrast method, other contrast methods can also be applied such as phase contrast, cardioid mirror dark field, simple polarization and various epi-illuminations for fluorescent applications. iScope models with multiheads are also available for educational purposes

OCULARS< br> Wide-angle EWF plan 10x eyepieces with 20 mm field of view and an adjustable diopter setting on the left tube for models with a finite optical system (Ø 23.2 mm tube. Tube length 160 mm)
Wide-angle HWF plan 10x eyepieces with 22 mm field of view and adjustable diopter settings on both tubes for infinity-corrected optical system with plan and plan phase. EPLi system (Ø 30 mm tube. Tube length 200 mm) has diopter adjustment on the left tube
HEAD
Binocular and trinocular Siedentopf type heads with 30° inclined tube. Adjustable eye relief between 48 and 76 mm. The trinocular head of the Plan infinity corrected models (IS.1153-PLi) has a light path divider (100:0 / 50:50) and ± 5 diopter adjustment option on the left tube. The trinocular head of the E-plan finite models (IS.1153-EPL) has a fixed, built-in 50:50 distribution of light between the eyepieces and photo tube and ± 5 diopter adjustment possibility on the ø 23.2 mm left tube. A unique rotating system allows both eyepieces to be height-adjustable; high position (431 mm) and low position (397 mm). The trinocular head has a Ø 23.2 mm phototube
ERGONOMIC TILT HEAD (*)
Optional ergonomic 5 to 35° tiltable head, supplied with EWF 10x/22 mm eyepieces , adjustable eye relief between 48 and 75 mm and optional photo tube of standard Ø 23.2 mm

MULTI-HEAD SYSTEMS
The iScope can be equipped with additional binocular heads that allow two, three, five or nine users simultaneously can look at the specimen
The microscope is equipped with a trinocular head with a joystick with which a green or red laser pointer can be moved over the entire field of view. Configurations with one, two, four or nine additional binocular heads with 30° inclined tube and plan infinity corrected IOS objectives are available. The trinocular head has EWF 10x/22 mm eyepieces, each additional binocular head has wide angle plan EWF 10x/20 mm eyepieces

The iScope can also be equipped with a face-to-face dual-head system for two users to simultaneously observe the specimens
Supplied with 30° inclined tube and plan 4x, 10x , S40, S100x oil immersion infinity corrected IOS objectives. The trinocular head has EWF 10x/22 mm eyepieces while the second binocular head has EWF 10x/20 mm eyepieces

TABLE
The iScope can be equipped with three types of tables (designed for 2 specimens):
156 x 138 mm table with integrated 79 x 52 mm The iScope 'rackless' table has no protruding parts for safer working
220 x 157 mm ceramic table with integrated 75 x 50 mm XY cross table. The ceramic layer protects the surface of the table against scratches and wear. The surface of the table also prevents reflection of light in the lenses. The iScope is also available with a heated table (the temperature of which can be set up to 50° Celsius) and a PID temperature controller. Only available together with new microscopes. Higher temperatures can be set on special request
CONDENSER WITH PHASE CONTRAST RINGS IN A SLED
Two versions of phase contrast rings in a slide are available. The first version comes with plan phase 10x and S40x objectives with corresponding phase contrast rings in a slide. The second version comes with 20x and S100x oil immersion objectives with corresponding phase contrast rings in a slide. The two versions are available for iScope models with a 160 mm optical system and an infinity corrected optical system
All sets are supplied with a centering telescope and green filter

Bright-field CONDENSER
Height-adjustable NA 1.25 Abbe bright-field condenser with filter holder for phasing in slide for use with phase contrast 10x/20x or S40x/S100x oil immersion IOS objectives. With indication of magnification. A sled with dark field disk is also available for dark field observation up to 400x magnification
CONDENSER FOR ZERNIKE PHASE CONTRAST
Optional there is also a Zernike phase contrast NA. 1.25 condenser available with phase contrast rings and plan phase 10/20/S40x and S100x oil immersion objectives and dark field position for dark field observation up to 400x magnification. Supplied with centering telescope and green filter
DARK FIELD CONDENSER
An innovative condenser is equipped with a cardioid mirror, powerful 5 W LED and an S100x objective that enables dark field observation with 1000x magnification. A cardioid dark field condenser with internal power supply is only available on the following models:
IS.1153-EPL/DF, with S100x objective with built-in iris diaphragm and plan EPL objectives
IS.1153-PLi/DF, with S100x plan PLi lens with built-in iris diaphragm and plan PLi lenses
IS.1153-PLi/DFi, with super contrast plan PLi S100x infinity corrected lenses with built-in iris diaphragm and PL IOS lenses
By addition of IS.9150 (DARK FIELD cardioid mirror condenser with external 100-240 V power adapter) and 86.521 (S100x objective with built-in iris diaphragm) or IS.7200-I (ssuper contrast S100x infinity corrected IOS objective), a bright field microscope can be converted into a dark field microscope

FOCUS CONTROL
Coaxial coarse and fine adjustment knobs, 200 divisions, 1 μm per division, 200 μm per rotation, total range of approximately 24 mm. Supplied with adjustable specimen protection to prevent damage to the objectives and the specimen and anti-skid control on the coarse adjustment
ILIGHTING
3 W adjustable diascopic, Köhler NeoLED lighting with internal 100 -240 V power supply
The innovative design of the NeoLED results in a larger aperture. This ensures that the optical system of the iScope microscope can display images of higher resolutions. These are very close to the theoretical diffraction limits of the optics. Other advantages of NeoLED are low energy consumption, lack of heat development and a long lifespan. The Köhler lighting on infinity corrected models with IOS plan and plan phase infinity lenses provide better contrast and maximum achievable resolution of the optics. For other models, Köhler lighting is also available on request
THE SMART LIGHT CONTROL (SLC)
The Smart Light Control (SLC) automatically remembers the last used illuminance brightness for each separate lens. When you switch from one lens to another, the SLC system remembers the intensity when you return to that lens. Simply rotate the revolver to the next objective and the SLC immediately adjusts the illumination intensity to the set level
The light intensity can be locked to suit the prevent accidental changes in intensity by simply pressing the control button twice
The LCD screen on the front of the microscope informs the user of the microscope's magnification and light intensity settings, as well as the sleep and lock mode, if activated
Press the button once to (de)activate sleep mode and press twice for lock mode

ICARE SENSOR
The unique iCare Sensor system has been developed to prevent energy loss. The microscope's lighting turns off automatically when the microscope is not used for a certain period of time
CABLE STORAGE SYSTEM
A system on the back of the iScope microscopes ensures that the user can easily roll up the cable and neatly store it can store. And the integrated handle on the back of the microscope allows the user to move the microscope safely
