Fraser Half Broth is used for the selective enrichment medium and enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes and other Listeria species in all food types, including milk and diary products, and environmental samples.
Fraser Half Broth is a modification of Listeria Fraser Broth in which the nalidixic acid and acriflavin concentrationshave been reduced to 10 mg/l and 12.5 mg/l respectively.
