Guanosine-BCE-phosphoramidite for DNA synthesis
Phosphoramidites are used as nucleotide analogues for the chemical synthesis of oligonucleotides. To avoid side reactions at other reactive nucleophilic groups (e.g. hydroxy or amino groups) they are provided with protective groups.
